January, the slowest month of the year. It’s the slowest month because school starts back. It’s also the slowest because we are coming back from the holidays, from sleeping constantly, and from an old year. It comes to the point where some start to make New Year’s resolutions that will not be achieved.
Most of the time since us students, have to go to school, and the parents, have to work, it leads to everyone being on a pace of getting back in the zone. People kind of have to
get back into the groove of things. A lot changes at the beginning of the year. Not you as a person but the things around you. Here comes a new year filled with challenges that need to be solved.
Those challenges lead to homework that will take you all night to finish, leaving you with no sleep but you fight through it and finish knowing that the next day will feel even longer than the last. The days may feel slow but the month goes by and the time’s well spent.
It feels as if it takes longer for January to end but once it does, February will hit you and spring break will be here in no time.
